Front-carry pet carrier

Carried on the chest.

A bag for cats and small dogs that stops walking halfway home. It goes on the front, on two padded straps, with the head and front paws out through the collar and the rear legs down through the lower openings.

The openings

Where the pet sits

Drawstring collar — the gathered elastic top with a toggle; the head and front paws come out here.

Zip leg openings — four openings in all, each with its own zip and pull, so they open and close around a leg.

Mesh panel — the woven section over the lower half of the pouch.

The straps

Two padded straps

Both straps go over the shoulders and are joined across the back by a horizontal webbing section, which is what keeps the pouch sitting flat against the chest instead of swinging.

Sizes

Fitted by back length

The size is the pet's back length, not its weight — measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Two shapes

Backpack or sling

The same listing carries a second shape: a mesh sling bag on a single wide strap, worn across the body rather than on both shoulders. Same mesh body, same collar, different carry.

Colours

Seven colours

Apricot, deep purple, deep blue, pink, red, navy and black — all seven in the front-carry shape, all with the dark trimmed collar and straps.
