A twist, not a button

Push-button bottles leak when the button catches on something in your bag. This one has no button to catch.

The collar between the trough and the body rotates to release water and twists back to lock. Sealing is done by a silicone ring seated inside the collar — nothing spring-loaded, nothing to jam, nothing to press by accident.

The trough

10 cm wide, without the scrape

A narrow bottle mouth forces a dog to press its muzzle into a rim to reach the water. The trough here is broad and shallow instead — shaped to the muzzle rather than to the bottle.

At 10 cm across, they lap at an open pool the way they would at a bowl, with room to spare on every side.

What's left goes back in

Every walk ends the same way: a bottle with an inch of water in the trough and no good place to put it. So the trough has a small drain hole.

Stand the bottle upright and whatever your dog didn't drink runs straight back into the body. Close the collar and it stays there.

The cleaning

Four parts, all by hand

Nothing on this bottle needs a tool. The trough lid, twist collar, bottle and base cup all come apart in seconds, so you can rinse the trough properly instead of trying to reach inside it.

The collar's silicone seal comes out with it — the part that actually touches water is the part you can get at.
